Isabel Frances Moore, 87, of Manchester died at Longview Nursing Home on Sunday, August 31, 2008.

Born on May 19, 1921 in Anne Arundel County and was the daughter of the late Daniel P. Corey and Mabel Davis Corey. She was the wife of the late William Herbert Moore, Jr., her husband of 65 years, who died on January 3, 2006.

Mrs. Moore was a Homemaker. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

Surviving her are her daughters and sons in law Barbara and Bennett Bray of Manchester, Sandra and Thomas Poe of Finksburg, and Darlene and Jeffrey Lang of Reisterstown; her grandchildren Matthew Bray and his wife Jessica, Mark Bray, Eric Poe, Jennifer Lang, Lauren Poe Smith and her husband Mike, Melissa Corey Lang and Jeffrey Lang, Jr., her great grandchild Riley Smith; her brothers Arthur Corey of Colorado and Daniel Corey of Pasadena; her sister Mabel Zwobot of Queenstown.

She was predeceased by her son William H. Moore, III, her brother Albert Corey, and her sisters Rose Deviney and Ellen Hobbs.

A Requiem Mass will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Hanover Pike, Manchester with Fr. Michael Roach officiating. Interment will be in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.

In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Building Fund, P.O. Box 448, Manchester, MD 21102 or Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
