Jack E. Reed

Jack E. Reed, 75 of Manchester, MD., passed peacefully Wednesday Feb. 14, 2018 at his home. Born Aug. 19, 1942 in Hanover, PA. he was the son of the late William Edmund and Ellen Troyer Reed. He was the husband of 52 years to Kathy Mae Walker Reed.

Jack was a retired machinist for General Dynamics. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the Westminster Moose. Jack enjoyed cooking, yardwork, family time and helping neighbors. He was a good husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children; Brenda, Sherry and Robert, sister; Janet, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
