James P. Goff, 68, of Owings Mills died Thursday January 13, 2011 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.

Born May 4, 1942 in Heber Springs, Ark., he was the son of the late Robert Goff and Eula Mae Batten Cunningham. He was the husband of the late Sandra Lee Redman Goff, who died August 6, 2010.

He was a carpenter for Local Union 101. He also had worked for Yellow Transport in the parts department.

Surviving are his children and spouses Tina Kennedy and husband Ronald of Manchester, James Paul Goff of Owings Mills, Cindy Stout of Hampstead, Robin Goff and his wife Carrie of Union Bridge, and Robert Michael Goff of Kentucky; his sisters Linda Marie Howard, Patricia Creason, Clarissa Goff all of Missouri; his brothers Jesse Goff of Texas, Edward Goff and Ricky Goff both of Missouri and Brian Grempler of Owings Mills; his13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his son-in-law by Randy Stout.

A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Ascension Episcopal Church, 23 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Eckhardt Funeral Chapel in Manchester.
