Jane E. Rice

Jane E. Rice of Manchester, MD passed away unexpectedly on March 28 ^th 2022.

Born in Connecticut on March 25, 1953, Jane attended Norwich Community College where she became a graduate of their secretarial program.

Jane enjoyed gardening, sewing, and reading.  Above all else she enjoyed spending time with her family, in particular her grandchildren.

Jane was predeceased by her Father, William J. Rice Jr and Mother, Maryhelen Rice of Durham, ME.  She was also predeceased by her brothers David Rice of Durham, ME and Timothy Rice of Bethel, CT.

She leaves behind her loving children James Brooks and wife Stephanie, Kelly Prigge, and Kathleen Dziadik, along with her beloved grandchildren Cameron, Savannah, and Summer Brooks, Tazlynn and Teagan Prigge, Braxton and Alyssa Dziadik, and Melody Taschereau. She is also survived by brothers and sister in laws William Rice III (Brooke Rice), Lori Rice, Jane Rice, Michael Rice (Patricia Rice), and Matt Rice (Lori Rice) as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Jane E. Rice at St. Johns Roman Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St, Westminster, Maryland on June 11 ^th 2022 at 1 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Jane's name.
