Jeanette Helena Walters, 79, of Owings Mills died Friday January 28, 2011 at the Sunny Woods Assisted Living in Westminster.
Born August 27, 1931 in West Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Beane. She was the wife of James Thomas Walters.
She retired in 1991 as an Insurance Agent for Prudential Insurance Company.
Surviving in addition to husband are her sons James W. and Joseph E. Walters both of Owings Mills; a daughter Jackie Walters Mabe of King, NC, a brother Joseph Beane of FL; her sisters Doris Jackson of Timonium and Anna Lee Wilgar of Westview; her 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her sisters Shirley Doyle and Rose Marie Chapman.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon with Msgr. Lloyd Aiken officiating.
Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville.
