Jeffrey Carl Mullins

Jeffrey Carl Mullins, 48, of Manchester, MD, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, in Westminster, MD. Born on March 26, 1970 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Leroy Mullins, Sr., and Eleanor Anna Dannenfelser Paul.

Jeffrey worked for many years at Opportunity Builders, Inc. which provides vocational training and employment services for adults with developmental disabilities. He was also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Surviving him is a brother: James Curtis Mullins of Hanover, PA, a sister: Terri Lynn Blevins of Manchester, MD, and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother: Leroy Mullins, Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 11, 2018 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3184 Church St., Manchester, MD. 21102 at 11:00am. with the Rev. Charles Marshall officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00am. until the time of memorial service at the church.
