Jeffrey Wayne Polly, 46 years old of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, January 15,2013.
Born September 5, 1966 in Maryland he was the son of Clarence T. Polly and D. Carol Zimmerman Albin.
He was a graduate of Franklin High School class of 1984. He served honorably with the U.S. Army and worked at the Coatsville V.A. Medical Center.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his children: Amanda Fishel, Brandon Polly, Alaina and Alyssa Polly, his siblings Dawn Johnston , Craig and James Polly.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 109 Main Street, Reisterstown 21136
Interment Private.
