Jerome Phillip Brinkman

Jerome Phillip Brinkman, 84 of Manchester, MD, passed Saturday Dec. 2, 2023, at the BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster, MD.

Born Nov. 30, 1939, in Baltimore Md, he was the son of the late George Russel and Catherine Burrier Brinkman. He was the husband of Ruth Elizabeth Brinkman.

Jerome was an officer with the Baltimore City Fire Dept. for 39 years, ending his career on the fire boat in Baltimore City. He was a member of the Fireman Officers Union and a United States Army Veteran. Jerome had a great sense of humor, enjoyed traveling and was lucky at the slots.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother: John Kenneth Brinkman of Baltimore.

He was predeceased by siblings: George Russel Brinkman, Jr., and Catherine Joan Brinkman Freyman.
