Jessica Lee Rowan

Jessica Lee Rowan, 35 of Manchester, MD. passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Born March 21, 1982 in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of Kathleen Elizabeth Neely Rowan of Manchester and the late Gerard John Rowan.

She was a program director for Penn-Mar where she found her calling in working with intellectually disabled clients.

Surviving in addition to her mother are children; Bryson, Parker and Kya Rowan all of Manchester and sisters; Erika Montaldo of Hanover, PA and Heather Rezek of Belcamp, MD.

The family will receive friends on Thursday March 30, 2017 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD from 6:00pm. until the time of a memorial service at 7:00pm. Interment will be private.
