Joan Emma Holland, 80 years old of Boring, MD died Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Carroll Hospital Center.
Born January 23, 1933 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Edward Joseph Dunn and Katherine Ann Biegel Dunn.
She was the wife of Robert C. Holland.
She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, and former member of the Piney Branch Golf Club. In past years she was an avid bowler.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon Ann and Harry Corwell, of Berlin, MD, her son Robert Craig Holland and his companion Rose Ducharme of Westminster, grandchildren and their spouses, Tiffany Holland Audlin and her husband Kevin, Brandon Matthew Holland and his wife Christina, and Kyle Elliott, great grandchildren Abigail and Sydney Audlin, Brayden and Cora Holland and cousin Edward Schoolfield.
Friends may call on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM. Rev. Harry Krolus officiating.
Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery.
The family would like to invite friends to join them afterwards at: J & P Pizza, 903 Main St. Hampstead, for a gathering of fellowship and refreshments.
