Jody "Joe" Francis Feezer, 48, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at his home. Born on November, 4, 1972 in Salisbury, MD, he was the son of Beverly Jean Layne and stepfather Charles P. Layne of Moorefield, WV, and the late Walter L. Feezer, Sr.

Joe was a self-employed Master Electrician. He enjoyed reading, writing, and playing the guitar. He was a published author. He loved spending time with his cat, Isis AKA Betty Biscuit.

He is survived by his daughter: Jodi Marie Feezer and husband Aaron of Baltimore, MD, siblings: Walter Feezer, Jr. and wife Charlotte of Manchester, MD, and Amanda Knicely and husband Jed of Ohio. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and his beloved cat: Isis.

Joe was predeceased by his brother: Ronnie Naill and stepmother: Mary Feezer.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, August 4 from 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 5 at 11 am at the Manchester Baptist Church, 2933 Manchester Baptist Church Road, Manchester, MD 21102.

Interment is private.
