On Wednesday, July 14, 2010, JOE CLEVE DAUGHERTY, of Sparks died at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson.
He was the beloved husband of Yvonne Cecile Jennings Daugherty, his wife of 45 years; devoted father of Christine Sigman and her husband Dr. David; Pamela Sprinkel and her husband Michael, Sr., Robert, Alan, and the late Kenneth Daugherty; loving grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 3.
A celebration of Joe's life will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2010 at his daughters' home at 28 Latimore Way, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
Interment will be private.
