Joey Gleespen Graf, infant, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born Sept. 7, 2011, in Westminster, he was the son of Shane and Kimberly Graf, of Manchester.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his sibling Blane and Gracie Graf; grandparents Dawn and Brian Graf, and Carolyn and Dennis Gleespen; a great-grandmother, Mary Jane Graf; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral service will be private with a private burial at New Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester.
Arrangements are by Eckhardt Funeral Chapel in Manchester.
