John Charles Alder

John "Johnny" Charles Alder, 66 of Littlestown, PA passed Feb. 2, 2017 at his home. Born June 25, 1950 in Reisterstown, MD he was the son of the late William and Veva Fleshman Alder. He was the husband of Patricia Leigh Mann Alder.

Johnny was a retired truck driver. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a Merchant Marine. He was also very artistic, had a great sense of humor, enjoyed yard sales and music. He spoke fluent Spanish and had lived in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico.

Surviving in addition to his wife are siblings; Patricia Thompson and Ruth Neighoff both of New Mexico and Barbara Nolen of Eldersburg, MD. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother; William Alder.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
