John S.N. Duenas, Jr.

John S.N. Duenas, Jr., also known as "JD" and "Johnny", of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the age of 67. Born on April 11, 1954 in Guam, he is the son of Rosa San Nicolas Duenas and the late Juan Perez Duenas.

JD served in the United States Army for over 20 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was passionate in his work and service towards others. He loved and hated his Orioles and Ravens. He was the true life of the party. JD was loved by everyone that knew him and he will be missed by so many.

Surviving him in addition to his mother are his children, their spouses and his grandchildren: Jolene and Joseph Duenas (EJ, Kyle, Anika and Darren), Johanna and Mark Duenas (Kaili Lou and Kohen John), and Jonathan Duenas; Siblings and their spouses: Lillian Chargualaf, Eleanor and +Benny Mantanona, Mary and George Santos, Jessie Duenas, Barbara and Michael Quinata, Julie and Felix Manglona, Annie and Dave Hallstein, +Cecelia and Cristobal Naputi, Sandra and Edward Perez, and Joseph Meno.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 2:00pm – 6:00pm on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at The American Legion, Liberty Post 122 Owings Mill, MD. Funeral mass and burial will take place in Vancouver, WA.
