John Lawrence Frost Jr., age 92, of Reisterstown died Tuesday May 4, 2010 at his home after a brief illness.
Born January 13, 1918 in Norfolk Virginia, he was the son of the late John L. Frost Sr. and Clara Forbes Frost.
He was the husband of the late Florence Dean Frost who died in 1995.
Mr. Frost was a retired employee of the United States Coast Guard, he was a charter member of Reisterstown Baptist Church, and he served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Mr. Frost is survived by a daughter, Janet Zamecki of Reisterstown, a son John Frost III of Arbutus and is the grandfather of Samantha Frost. He is also the brother of Melva Wisman of Blacksburg, Virginia.
Memorial Services will be held at Reisterstown Baptist Church on Friday at 11:00 AM.
The Rev. John Rudd will officiate.
Interment Private.
Funeral arrangements are by the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. Owings Mills.
