John T. O'Mara

John T. O'Mara, 83, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021, at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD.  Born on December 27, 1937, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William F. and Mary E. Sevier O'Mara.  He was the beloved husband of the late Darlene T. O'Mara, who passed away in 2019.

He was a graduate of Milford Mill High of Rockdale, MD., and the Emulous class of 1955.  He served with the United States Marine Corps, and also owned and operated O'Mara Landscape of Pikesville for over 18 years.  He will be dearly missed by those who loved and knew him.

Surviving him are his children: Chris O'Mara and wife Angela, Mike O'Mara, Paul O'Mara and wife Kathy, and Scott O'Mara, 6 granddaughters, 4 great-grandchildren, and brother: Patrick O'Mara.

John was predeceased by his half-brother: Norman Haslup of PA.

Funeral services and interment are private.
