John "Bill" W. Kelley, Jr.

John "Bill" W. Kelley, Jr., 71, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore City, MD.  Born on February 4, 1953, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late John W. Kelley and Nancy June Elder Kelley.  He was the beloved husband of 33 years to Ruth M. Kelley.

Bill was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  He worked for over 40 years as a maintainer for the railroad.  He loved spending time outside while gardening, fishing, and hunting. He also loved dogs, especially chihuahuas.

Surviving him in addition to his wife are children: Jennifer Plourde and husband Martin, and Ashley Kelley, grandchildren: Lillian, Martin, Nathan, and Nolan Plourde, and siblings: Lori Zienick, Tony Phillips, and Deena Rocco.

Bill was predeceased by his daughter: Crystal Kelley, and brother: Michael Kelley.

Funeral services and interment are private.
