José Fernandez Reiriz

José Fernandez Reiriz, 77, of Pikesville, MD, passed away on July 31, 2020 at Arden Courts of Pikesville, MD. Born on April 12, 1943, in Spain, he was the son of the late José Fernandez and Maria Reiriz.

José worked as a tailor until he was 71 years old. He was an avid cyclist, and passed the love of cycling onto his daughter. José enjoyed gardening, the beach, and anything to do with the water.

Surviving him is a daughter: Susana Reiriz and significant other André Smith, and a brother: Juan Fernandez.

Funeral services and interment are private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in José's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and mailed to Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter, 8180 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102.
