Jose Carlos Toscano, Jr.

Jose Carlos Toscano, Jr., 64, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at his residence. Born on August 4, 1953, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Jose Carlos and Itzel Blanche Toscano. He was the husband of the late Mary "Honey" Ann Toscano who passed away in 2010.

Surviving him are children: Laurie Fleig and husband Ced Harris, Jo Shelby Arney-Walters and husband James Walters, and Dominic Toscano and wife Nicole Weiss, grandchildren: Neil Hammonds and wife Taylor Jordan, Bryan Hammonds and wife Brittany Johnson, Devon Young, Joshua Arney, Destiny  Toscano, Anaias Propst, Taylor Toscano, Chelsea Walters, DJ Toscano, and Grayson Toscano, 4 great grandchildren, also survived by many other loving relatives, family and friends.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, May 11, 2018, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 12, at 10 am. Interment to follow in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
