Joseph John Wagner, 72, of Manchester, MD, passed peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at the Westminster Health Care Center in Westminster, MD. Born Aug. 21, 1946 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Emory Franklin and Margaret Ann Menninger Wagner. He was the husband of the late Joyce Kincaid Wagner.
Joe was a retired product supervisor for Farm Fresh. He enjoyed fishing, boating, watching football and his cars. Years ago he owned a 1965 Impala and 1969 Chevelle. Both were original Super Sports.
Surviving are his siblings: John Wagner of Manchester, MD, Raymond Wagner of Connecticut, and Margaret Wagner Ross of Kentucky.
He was predeceased by a brother: William Wagner.
The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018, from 2-4 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a memorial service will be held from 4-5 pm.
Interment is private.
