Joyce Ann Snider

Joyce Ann Snider, 73, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on October 10, 2018, at her home. Born on December 1, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Easterday Phillips.

Many years ago, Joyce retired from Lion Brothers, Owings Mills, where she worked as a die cutter. Joyce always enjoyed going to church, when she was able to. She enjoyed word searches and spending time with her family. In their words, "She was always content."

Surviving her are children: Franklin R. Cook, Jr., and Margie A. Bowser, grandchildren: Zachary Bowser, Sarah Bowser, and Rebecca Bowser, great-grandchildren: Noah and Zoe, a sister: Diana Briscoe and husband Doug, a nephew: Joshua Briscoe, nieces: Holly Palmer and Stephanie Hovatter, and many loving relatives.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, October 15, from 10:30 am until the time of funeral service at 12:30 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
