Judith Patricia Wetzel

Judith Patricia Wetzel, 80, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View in Manchester, MD.  Born on July 4, 1945, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late David Murphy and Rosa Mullen.

After graduating from Kenwood High School, Judith served in the United States Marine Corp. Woman's Recruit Battalion in 1964 in Parris Island, South Carolina. After returning to Baltimore, she later worked as a secretary for David S Brown and Levin Brown Architects. Judith's greatest joy was being mom and grandmother to her family, attending her children and grandchildren's youth sports and activities. She was a member of Reisterstown Methodist Church and donated her time to charity events.

Surviving her are children, Robin Wetzel Rosenthal and husband Scott of Naples, FL, Richard W. Wetzel of Manchester, MD, grandchildren, Cole, Blake, Ashley, Ryan, former spouse, Winfield M. Wetzel, Jr., and nieces and nephews.

Judith was predeceased by her sister, Jasca Allen.

Funeral service and interment is private.
