Judy Carlene Christmann

Judy Carlene Christmann, 81, of York, PA, formerly of Hanover, PA, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Country Meadows of West York, in York, PA. Born on November 15, 1944, in Malvern, AR, she was the daughter of the late Carl Edwin Crumby and Wilma (Bell) Crumby.

Judy was a former member of the First Church of Hanover, where she also served as Associate Pastor. Prior to joining the ministry, she was a project manager for the Social Security Administration, later transitioning to work for Lockheed Martin. She loved having the opportunity to share new experiences and create memories with her grandchildren, T.J. and Emily; she greatly cherished the time she spent with her family.

Surviving her is her son: Thomas J. Christmann V and wife Beth of New Oxford, PA, grandchildren: Thomas “T.J” and Emily Christmann, and brother: Randy Crumby.

Judy was predeceased by her brother: Gary Crumby.

A private interment will take place in the family plot in Arkansas in the future.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy’s name may be offered to the Alzheimer's Association , P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
