Karla Elizabeth Hulse

Karla E. Hulse, 80, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Born on September 21, 1938, in Wiesbaden, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Jakob and Magdalene Neumann Hahn. She was the loving wife of the late George Hulse.

Karla worked as a security officer at John Hopkins Welsh Medical Library for over 35 years.

Surviving her are grandchildren: Mary Spears and husband Craig Spears, George E. Hulse, Jr., Katherine Webster, and Benjamin Webster, and great-grandchildren: Miranda, Molly, and Mason Spears.

She was predeceased by a daughter: Kathleen Webster.

The family will receive friends for a memorial service on Friday, April 26, at 1 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102.

Interment is private.
