Kent Grover Phagan, 64, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on October 25, 2018. Born on September 20, 1954, he was the son of Kent T. and Socorro Phagan. He was the loving husband of Cynthia Marie Phagan.

Kent worked as an Audio Visual Technician for Ultra Electronics 3eTI. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are children: Ashley Wilson and Kris Phagan, and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, 21117.

Interment is private.
