Kevin Joseph Shields

Kevin Joseph Shields, 64 of Manchester, MD passed peacefully Tuesday Dec. 25, 2018 at his home. Born July 30, 1954 in Sidney, NY he was the son of the late Raymond William and Phyllis A. Schirmer Shields. He was the husband of Sandra Kay Acker Shields.

Kevin was a chemical engineer.

Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters; Kristin D. Shields-Roberson (Kristofer) of Smithsburg, MD, Ashley E. Morris (Peter) of Baltimore, MD and Jillian N. Zawistowski (Ryan) of Finksburg, MD, grandchildren; Lily, Jaxon, Violet, Scarlett, Ellie and Evie. He is also survived by his sisters; Judith Poltz of Orlando, FL and Janice Gladstone of Walton, NY.

He was predeceased by siblings; Patricia Ackerley, JoEllen Proffitt and William Shields.
