Larue M. Elliott

LaRue M. Elliott, 91 of Hampstead, MD passed peacefully, Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Futurecare at Cherrywood in Reisterstown, Md. Born Nov. 18, 1926 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Howard Melvin and Edna Mae Nalls. She was the wife of the late James Earl Elliott who died in 2015.

Years ago, she did clerical work for an electrical company.

She is survived by her step children; James Norman Elliott and wife Monica of Manchester, MD., Cynthia Denise InDolfi and husband Donald of Hampstead, MD. and Norcella "Sally" Ann Gibson and husband John of Parkville, MD., step grandchildren; Todd, Jimmy, Amber and Tyler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by siblings; Shirley Mae Stickles, Calvin Oscar, Leslie Melvin and Owen Edward Nalls and former husband; Milton Leroy Moore.

The family will receive friends on Monday March 5, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD. 21102 where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Meadowridge Mem. Park.
