LeeRoy Miller, 85, of Glenville, PA formerly of Manchester died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at his residence.
Born on Saturday, May 3, 1924 in Bakersfield, NC, he was the son of the late Ezekiel Miller and Sarah Lankerfelt Miller. He was the husband of Maude Tipton Miller, his wife of 61 years.
Mr. Miller was a retired Forman with McCormick Construction Company.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children and spouses Frank and Janice Miller of Shrewsberry, PA, Kathy and Kenny Hipp of Spring Grove, PA, Cindy Miller and significant other Greg Grillo of Glenville, PA, Johnny and Kim Miller of Hanover, PA, Debbie Miller and significant other Danny Reiley of Hampstead; his sister Lockie Grindstaff of North Carolina; his 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his daughter Carolyn Miller, his 6 brothers and 1 sister.
The family will receive friends 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.
A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel with his pastor the Rev. Barry Becker officiating.
Interment will be in Lineboro Cemetery.
