Leroy Mullins, Jr.

Leroy Mullins, Jr., 57, of Manchester, MD, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born May 29, 1959 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Leroy Mullins, Sr. and Eleanor Anna Paul. He was the husband of Pamela Dawn Mullins (nee Monroe), his wife of 24 years.

Leroy was an auto mechanic for Barnes Service Center. He was an avid toy collector, he enjoyed watching his favorite TV show, American Pickers, and loved his dogs and his cars.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children: Tyler Mullins of Manchester, MD, Leroy Mullins III of Alabama, Heather Mullins, Tiffany Jagger-Beam, and Crystal Benedict all of Hanover, PA, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, siblings: James Curtis Mullins of Hanover, PA, Terri Lynn Blevins, and Jeffrey Carl Mullins of Manchester, MD.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, February 17, at 10 am, officiated by Rev. Charles Marshall. Interment to follow in New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
