Linda Bentley Grove

Linda Bentley Grove, 72, of Hanover, PA, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021, at her home. Born on October 14, 1948, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Gardner and Genevive Flagiello Bentley. Twice married, she was the beloved wife of Douglas Edward Grove, and her former husband, Tom Greer.

Years ago, Linda worked as an administrative assistant for Actavis Pharmaceuticals. Linda's family and friends meant the world to her. She enjoyed spending time listening to music, dancing, traveling, and especially laughing with her loved ones. Her passion was her grandchildren, and she let them know how much she loved them every day.

Surviving her in addition to her husband and former husband are children: Rob Greer and wife Cecelia, and Stacy Seymour, grandchildren: Wyatt, Tanner, Kelsey, and Colby, stepson: Cory Grove and wife Heather, siblings: Dee Lubking and husband Bill, Dr. Nelson Bentley and wife Debbie, and Paula Clark and husband Mark, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister: Gerry Gesell.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, January 22, from 11 am – 1 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.

Funeral services are private.

Interment will be held on Friday, January 22, at 2:30 pm in Lake View Memorial Park, 2724 Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.
