Linda Cheryl Zile, 53, of Manchester died Monday, January 6, 2014 at her home.
Born June 17, 1960 in Lubbock, TX, she was the daughter of the late Morris E. Nevin and Dolores Lucy Piersanti Nevin. She was the former wife of the Rev. Eric N. Zile of Perry Hall, MD.
She was a retired butcher for Maurer and Miller Meats, Inc. She enjoyed making jewelry, painting and being with family. Her love of life shined through her smile, sense of humor and many types of laughter.
Surviving are her children Jennifer L. Majchrzak and husband Ryan of Newark, DE and Ian Eric Zile of Hanover, PA; her siblings Beverly Youket of Hanover, PA, Diane Fitch of Franklinville, NY, and Paul Nevin of Allegany, NY; her grandson Caleb Majchrzak.
She was predeceased by her daughter Karen Elizabeth Zile.
A memorial service will be 11:00a.m. Saturday at All Saints Episcopal Church, 203 East Chatsworth Avenue, Reisterstown MD with a gathering from 10:00am until time of service at the church.
Interment with her daughter will be in All Saints Cemetery, Reisterstown, MD.
Arrangements are by the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. in Manchester.
