Lloyd "Dutch" O. Briggs, Jr.

Lloyd "Dutch" Oliver Briggs, Jr., 84 of Reisterstown, MD. died peacefully Sunday April 10, 2016 at the Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born March 15, 1932 in Baltimore, MD. he was the son of the late Lloyd Oliver and Mollie Elizabeth Klaus Briggs. He was the husband of Margaret Phyllis Jenkins Briggs.
He was a retired electrician and a U.S. Airforce veteran. He enjoyed building model airplanes.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are children, Donald Edward Briggs and wife Rose of Owings Mills, Kenneth Thomas Briggs and wife Jackie of Owings Mills, Theresa Ann Schildhauer of Hampstead and Richard Lloyd Briggs and wife Tara of New Jersey, a brother, Bill Briggs and wife Diane of Westminster, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday April 13, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, MD where a funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00am.
Interment will be in Lakeview Mem. Park, Sykesville, MD
