Lois M. Stone

Lois M. Stone, 89, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at her home in Westminster, MD. Born on February 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Margaret of Uniontown, PA. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas W. Stone, who passed away in 2020.

Lois was a beautiful, wonderful mother of five. She volunteered with the PTA as well as the Maryland School for the Blind. Lois went on to become a successful realtor. She enjoyed bowling, target shooting, playing bridge, and golfing.

She is survived by her children: Mark Stone and wife Myra, William Stone and fiance Betsy Hall, Thomas Stone and wife Heidi, Wendell Stone, and Elizabeth Stone, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Lois was predeceased by brothers: Harold and Roy.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Crossroads Community Church (Hampstead Campus), 1041 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, MD 21074. Interment will be private.
