Louella Mae Fowble age 75 of Manchester, MD. died Monday July 11, 2011 at her daughter's home in Hanover, PA.
Born August 23, 1935 in Manchester, MD. she was the daughter of the late Alvin Clarence and Lettie Irene Zepp Steger. She was the wife of the late Irvin Watson Fowble, Jr. who died Jan. 25, 2000.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the West End Adult Day Care Center in Westminster, MD. Years ago she worked as a cook for Russ-Joy Inn and a housekeeper at Longview Nursing Home in Manchester, MD.
She is survived by her children: Vickie Garland and husband Craig of Taneytown, MD., Kathy Ecker of Hanover, PA., Brian Fowble and wife Julie of Manchester, MD. and Tammy Amato and husband Ronnie of Joppa, MD. Sister: Doris Gouker of Hanover, PA. and Brothers: Alvin Steger, JR. of Manchester, MD. and Earl Miller of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by sisters: Evelyn Popp and Mary Linard.
Funeral services will be held at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Dr. Manchester MD. on Wednesday July 20, 2011 at 11:00am.
Interment will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover, PA.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday July 19, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. at the funeral chapel.
