On Sunday, May 22, 2011, LUCILLE BUCKLEN BELSTERLING, 77, of Essex died at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson.
She was the beloved mother of Donna L. Tipton and her husband George; grandmother of Kristin Renae Flynn; sister of Connie Spencer; and also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private cremation will be held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester and memorial service will be held at a later date.
