On January 18, 2009 Luisita Romero, 59 years old,died after a long battle with cancer. Born February 1, 1949 in the Philippines she was the daughter of the late Martin and Gorgonia Reynon.
Beloved wife of Erlando Romero and loving mother of Eliza Romero.
Sister of Manuel Reynon, Romeo Ceaser Reynon, Leticia Opulencia and Teresita Madayag. Niece of Jose and Gregoria Laranang. Also survived by many cousins.
Mrs. Romero was a registered nurse with Johns Hopkins Hospital Dept. of Urology. She was past president of the A.P.P.M.
The family will receive friends on Thursday and Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Glyndon, 65 Sacred Heart Lane. Fr. Silvester Kim officiating.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to: U.P.C.N. Scholarship Fund. University of Philippines College of Nursing.
