Lynn Maurine Wistar, nee Bennett, 71, of Reisterstown, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, Monday, August 1, 2016. She was the beloved wife of David Westcott Wistar, her husband of 50 years; devoted mother of Laele Wistar, Courtney Sawyer and husband Terry, Stephanie Buxton and husband Jesse, and Amanda Bertrand and husband Gene; loving sister of Patti Bennett and Jane Bennett-Elias and husband Jim; cherished grandmother of 9. The family will receive friends 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills (21117) with a memorial Mass of Christian burial celebrated 11 a.m., Friday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon (21071) with Msgr.
