Margaret Elizabeth Bowman, 93, of Owings Mills Maryland died on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Seasons Hospice in Randallstown.
Born on January 6, 1916 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late John Williams Wiles and Abigail Donohue Wiles. She was the wife of Joseph Dewitt Bowman, her husband of 69 years, whom she married on September 22, 1940.
She was a Cook for the Baltimore County School System at Franklin High School. She was a member Reisterstown Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter Helen Oxidine of Baltimore; her 3 grandchildren; her 8 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter Mary Longarzo.
The family will receive friends 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road where a funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday.
Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
