Margaret G. Koster age 93 of Millers, MD. died Thursday June 24, 2010 at the Longview Nursing Home in Manchester, MD.
Born Jan. 26, 1917 in New Jersey she was the daughter of the late Homer W. and Genevieve Kline. She was the wife of the late Edward R.A. Koster who died in 1985.
Years age she was a seamstress at the Hampstead Sewing Factory. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Manchester, MD.
She is survived by her children: Richard A. Koster of Millers, MD., Elizabeth Garvey of Port Deposit, MD. and Loretta Figgins of West Virginia. Sisters: Mary Ruszin, Natalie Louise Swallows and Janet Axe. Brothers: Herbert, Robert and Edward Kline. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by a sister: Genevieve Regina Lombardi and brothers: Jack, Thomas and Jimmy Kline.
A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3184 Church St. Manchester, MD. 21102 on Saturday July 10, 2010 at 12:00pm. with the Rev. Matthew Schenning officiating.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Rd. Ste. D, Timonium, MD. 21093.
