Margaret Louise "Peggy" Spicer, 50, of Owings Mills died Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Born March 6, 1958 in Baltimore, and she was the daughter of Marian Ely Constantine and the late Irvin Constantine. Daughter-in-law of the late Bartus C. Spicer, Jr. She was the wife of Craig B. Spicer.
She was an Administrative Assistant for Burgmeister-Bell.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband is her daughter and son in law Crystal and Jason Swem, her son Bryan Spicer and her daughter Sarah Spicer; her granddaughter Ella Swem; her mother in law Patricia Spicer; her sisters Lois Witty and Arlene Williams.
A Catholic Prayer service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills with Monsignor Lloyd Aiken officiating. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
