On May 24, 2015 Marguerite "Marge" Elizabeth Sparks, age 87, beloved wife of the late Norman Paul Sparks. Mother of Sharon Marie Pitcher and husband Michael of Reisterstown, Deborah Jean Viscardi and husband Anthony of Catonsville, and Terry Peck and husband Allan of Cincinnati, OH; grandmother of Amy Wood and husband Shawn, Gabrielle Peck and Amanda Peck; great-grandmother of Alex Wood. She was predeceased by 11 siblings.
Marge served as a Eucharistic Minister for the sick and received awards for her volunteer service at Oak Crest Retirement Community.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Oak Crest Chapel, 8800 Walther Blvd. Parkville, MD on Friday May 29, 2015 at 11:00 am with a gathering from 10:30am until the time of mass at the chapel.
Interment will be at a later date in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gilchrist Hospice Center, 555 W. Towsontowne Blvd., Towson, MD 21204.
Arrangements are being handled by the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A., Owings Mills, MD.
