Mark Earl Litzau

Mark Earl Litzau, 56, of Spring Grove, PA, passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 17,2017. Born September 4,1960 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Paul and Catherine Litzau of Manchester, MD. Mark is survived by his lifelong companion Sharon Stracke-Bognanni of Spring Grove, PA.

Mark was an HVAC contractor in the Baltimore/Washington area for the last 17 years and serviced numerous apartment complexes along with residential clients. He was a music enthusiast, enjoyed all aspects of anything mechanical, worked out in the gym and loved the summertime. Mark's contagious personality will be greatly missed.

In addition to Sharon, Mark is survived by his precious children, Michael (Heather) Bognanni, Hanover, PA and Angelina Bognanni (Ken Campbell), York, PA, sister Celeste Wentz (Jesse) of Manchester, MD, sister Paula Davis of Westminster, MD., nephew Jesse Wentz, and treasured grandchildren Keily Ferguson, Juliana Campbell, Shay Bognanni and Luca Bognanni, mother and father- in- law Charles and Angelina Cassetta, Hampstead, MD, brother-in-law Frank Stracke, sister-in-law Mary Jo Hollander (Kerry), nieces, nephews and very special lifetime friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or The Shriner's.

Services and interment are private at the respected request of the family. Cards of condolence may be sent to PO Box 86, Codorus, PA 17311.
