Marvin Jerome Seyfer, age 89 of Hampstead, formally of Owings Mills, MD died Thursday August 27, 2015 in York, Pa, at home with family.
He was born Feb. 26, 1926 in Baltimore, MD.
Marvin was a retired Baltimore City Police Officer. He was member of the Fraternal Order of Police, a life member of the Owings Mills VFW and the Marine Corp League. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine's serving in World War II.
Surviving are his daughters, Donna Hoover and husband Frank of Hampstead, and Janet Gilbert of Red Lion, PA, grandchildren, Sandy, Eric, Julie, Kristin and Chris. He was also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and a lifelong companion, Bonnie Gibson.
Funeral services and interment will be private.
