Mary Louise Barstow, 84 years old of Towson, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Gilchrist Hospice in Towson.
Born December 7, 1928 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Barstow and Cora Allewalt Barstow.
She was an administrator with the Maryland Science Center. She enjoyed writing human interest stories for local community newspapers. Her hobbies included painting, knitting and observing birds and nature.
She is survived by her niece Chris Waskevich as well as other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and siblings, Ward Barstow, Christine Barber and Betty Gilman.
She was predeceased by her sister Mary Frances Waskevich.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, 21071.
