Mary Evalon Gogel

Mary Evalon Gogel, 73 of Arnold, MD died suddenly Wednesday August 10,2016 at her home. Born Nov. 4, 1942 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Grover Bernard and Dorothy Miles Yox. She was the wife of the late Richard McDonnell Gogel Sr. who died in 1997.
She was retired from the MTA Credit Union. She was an auxiliary member of the American Legion and the V.F.W. She enjoyed fishing and reading.
She is survived by her children; Pamela Estes, Peggy Miller, Linda Hess, Donna Lutynski, Kathryn Wilkinson, Patricia Gogel, Charles William Gogel and Richard Gogel, Jr., 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son; Timothy Gogel and brothers; Grover Bernard Yox, Jr. and George Reed Yox.
The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117 on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. with a funeral service on Monday at 1:00pm.
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
