Mary Lynne Mowl

Mary Lynne Mowl, 77, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View in Manchester, MD.  Born on October 20, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold Mehalechko and Betty Dupree Hewitt.  She was the beloved wife of Thomas "Tom" Lawrence Mowl, who passed away in 2021.

Mary worked as a bank teller with BB&T, formerly Carroll County Bank.  She enjoyed hanging out with her girlfriends from the bank and spending time with her family.

Surviving her is a son: Steve Mowl and wife Shannon of Boring, MD, grandchildren: Madison and Morgan, and siblings: Austin Hewitt of Westminster, MD, Sandra Hewitt of Mishawaka, IN, and Jeff Hewitt of Mishawaka, IN.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 29, from 7-9 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, and on Saturday, December 30, from 10 am, until the start of the funeral at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
