Medora Lee Pelicano, 86, of Westminster died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster.
Born Nov. 3, 1921, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Melville and Alice Gaither Bradford. She was the wife of Salvatore Pelicano, her husband of 70 years.
She was a housewife and a life member of the Westminster American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children Medora Lorraine Riley of Hampstead, Cecelia Pelicano of Westminster, John Pelicano of Clarksville and Robert Pelicano of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Alma Turner of Aurora, Colo.; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters.
Services and interment are private.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.
