Melvin Frank Heilman, Jr.

Melvin Frank Heilman Jr., 50 of Oakland, MD. passed Tuesday June 26, 2018 at the Garrett Regional Medical Center in Garrett Co. MD. Born March 15, 1968 in Baltimore Co. MD., he was the son of Elnoria (Elly) M. Dowden Heilman of Westminster, MD. and the late Melvin (Reggie) Frank Heilman, Sr. He was the brother of Tammie Knight and husband Donald of Hanover, PA. and uncle of Joshua and Nicolas.

The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr. Manchester, MD. 21102 on Friday June 29, 2018 from 10:30am until the time of the funeral service at 11:30am. The Rev. Raymond Duvall, Jr. will officiate.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Mem. Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
