Melvina Delores Johnson, 91, of Owings Mills passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Longview Healthcare Center in Manchester, MD.
Born October 23, 1924 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Katherine Bruns. She was the wife of the late Gordon Phillip Johnson Sr.
Years ago, she worked at Schoeneman's Men's Clothier in Owings Mills.
She is survived by her son Gordon Phillip Johnson Jr., her grandchildren Karen Johnson, Kristen Haddigan and her husband Bobby; great grandson Liam Haddigan; and her sister-in-law Nancy Bruns.
She was predeceased by brothers Thomas and Jack Bruns, and her sister-in-law Doris Bruns.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD where services will be held on Saturday at 11:30 am. Interment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
